We stayed here for 11 nites in April 2012. From the first contact to checkout Andy & Laurel were very welcoming and so nice to us. Checkin was warm and inviting. The apartment we had was on the 5th floor, had everything we wanted, view, space, flat screen TV’s, excellent shower pressure, nice furnishings.
Andy and Laurel keep this complex very tidy and maintenance was kept right up to date, no rubbish any where.
Shopping was very handy, you can walk to the Plaza Shopping centre, about a 10 minute walk.
We would recommend this place and do plan to return.

“Beautiful, large and well appointed units, with lots of privacy, beaut views of the river, and lots of security for my family, units are huge with everything you could ever need, even the neighbours were lovely. Our family stayed in a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment which was fantastic. Large and comfy rooms, great view and a quick walk down to the jetty to fish or kayak. Laurel and Andy were very welcoming and helpful, would definitely recommend this place, /the Frasers (Christchurch) March 2012
